Heart Mountain Broadcasting LLC's mission is connecting listeners to their community. We strive to focus on music and creative advertising production. We serve our communities by providing an outlet for local public issues and announcements.
Meet The Team
April Rodriguez
Owner of Heart Mountain Broadcasting, LLC and part owner of MGR Media, LLC:
"I love radio. My radio journey began in 2000. I was hired as the front office clerk, and I very quickly learned how to operate the board for remote broadcasts and ball games. My first radio interview was Senator Craig Thomas. Then in 2005 myself, Scott Mangold and Russ Graham purchased KPOW. I am beyond excited to add three FM stations to my brand.
In my free time, it’s all about family and the beauty of Wyoming. I enjoy hosting dinner parties and hanging out in the great outdoors with my fishing rod. "
Sam Rodriguez
Chief Engineer:
With multiple certifications in computer networking, he has worked for decades in IT. As a Powell Native, Sam is a retired Powell Fire Fighter of 17 years. He is a proud Grandpa who can be found outside throwing a football to his grandsons or throwing a Frisbee to his dog.

Program Director:
"Since I was 13, I have worked behind the board. I studied Radio Broadcasting in college at Central Wyoming College in Riverton, WY. I now have two children that keep me very busy and involved in the community! I serve on the Little League Board as the Treasurer. In the summer you'll find us at the ball field or in the mountains camping!"
Wyatt Burichka
Sportscaster:
I’ve been very passionate about media since I was in high school. I studied New Media at Central Wyoming College where I grew my passion for sports broadcasting! With this passion, I’ve had the opportunity to be the voice of the Lander Tigers for two years serving the Lander community. I’m a man of faith and know God is putting me in the best situations to serve the communities I live in!
